Police Checks
1. Download the form from www.sapolice.sa.gov.au
2. Complete both sides (remember to indicate where you want the check sent on the back page) and take with the stipulated ID to a Police Station to get your ID checked. You do not have to pay anything - explain that the VOAN will be added by the peak body - LSA. If you have any difficulty with this, to save you some running around, ring the LSA office from the Police Station
3. Send the form to LSA (PO Box 202 Henley Beach SA 5022)for addition of the VOAN, signing off and sending to SAPOL.
4. On its return, show the resultant check to the LSA office -we then record any relevant results and hold them confidentially - you then keep the check.


Play by the Rules
1. Log onto www.playbytherules.net.au and select the relevant course (coaches, officials, volunteers, participants).
2. Complete the course and request the certificate
3. Fax (8355 3360) or post (PO Box 202 Henley Beach SA 5011) the certificate to LSA - we hold on file in the office.
